The client agrees and understands that if there is any possibility of a refund as per the refund policies, then the refund will be processed within 60 working days after the client submits SkyHigh Visas Refund Claim Form to SkyHigh Visas. The client must attach a copy of their payment receipt to SkyHigh Visas and any other relevant documents with the refund request form. Failure to do so will render the client ineligible for the refund.
Refund in case of withdrawal or failure in IELTS / TEF:
The client also understands and accepts that no refund will be provided if they withdraw or abandon their application for any reason after signing up.
The client is aware and understands that they are required to take the IELTS/TEF exam to demonstrate English/French language proficiency and provide the necessary scores. Qualifying in IELTS/TEF is mandatory, and without these scores, the application cannot proceed to the immigration authority.
Furthermore, the client understands that if they fail to achieve the required IELTS or TEF scores or fail to provide the respective certificate, they will not be eligible for a refund of the consultation fees paid to SkyHigh Visas.
Penalty & Refund for non-submission of Documents:
In order to ensure success, SkyHigh Visas strongly advises clients to promptly submit all required documents for efficient processing of their applications. Timely document submission enhances the company’s performance and success rate. If the client fails to provide documents within 60 working days from the agreement date, they are liable to pay a penalty of 20% of SkyHigh Visas’ fees.
If there is further delay beyond 120 days, the case may be voluntarily abandoned, and SkyHigh Visas will not proceed with the application. In such cases, the client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid to SkyHigh Visas. Should the client wish to delay the process for more than 4 months, they must inform their case officer via email and pay an additional fee of 15,000 rupees.
Client acceptance of Immigration Authority decisions:
The client acknowledges that approval of their application rests solely with the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission. SkyHigh Visas provides consulting services only and is not affiliated with any immigration bodies. SkyHigh Visas does not guarantee visa issuance by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission.
Refund in case of rejection by Immigration Authority or Consulate / High Commission:
If the client’s application is rejected by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission of any country, SkyHigh Visas will refund the applicable amount as per the refund policy. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after the client submits SkyHigh Visas Refund Claim Form to SkyHigh Visas, along with a copy of the rejection letter from the Consulate / High Commission. Failure to provide these documents will result in the client being ineligible for the refund.
SkyHigh Visas will not provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- Client or their family members included in the application fail the medical examination.
- Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last 3 months.
- Inability to demonstrate sufficient funds for settlement by the client or their family members.
- Submission of fraudulent documents or information.
- Previous violation of immigration or visa laws by the client or their family members.
- Late submission of additional documents requested by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission.
- Failure to submit an online application for permanent residence within 60 days after receiving an Invitation, if applicable.
SkyHigh Visas’ fee is non-refundable in several specific scenarios, including failing to attend a visa interview when requested by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission, abandonment of the case due to personal reasons, or changes in government rules causing delays from Immigration authorities.
Other Refund Instances: The client agrees that any eligible refund will be processed within 60 working days after submitting the SkyHigh Visas Refund Claim Form, along with the payment receipt and any other necessary documents. Failure to include these documents will result in the client being ineligible for the refund.
